There is a 24 month warranty on electrical components also. Our warranties are return to base warranties.

Simply slide the removable battery out of the holder and insert a new one. You can purchase a new battery at 5000mAh from our store. These are charged by mains so you will need to ensure you have hookup, or charge them before you leave for your adventures.

As we are a growing business, we ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you place your order before midnight the previous day then it should be good to go on our system though we will endeavour to get orders out. If you need something in a rush, email sales@e-cart.co.uk and we will always see what we can do for you.

We use DHL or UPS and they usually deliver the following day after collection (so expect your delivery on a Wednesday or a Friday) - please leave us delivery instructions in notes at checkout or email sales@e-cart.co.uk with them

Both the Zoom and the Grippy are extremely intuitive to use and come with a full user manual. Check out our videos. Both have forward and reverse - the Zoom has 3 speeds, the Grippy is one set solid decent walking speed.
